1 slice of peppered bacon
2 large onions chopped
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
6 fresh gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
1/8 teaspoon of tabasco
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
3 cups of monterrey jack cheese or any cheese you really like.
cook bacon until crisp and crumble
saute onion and garlic in grease from bacon.
chop shrimp into small pieces or in a food processor
combine all ingredients into a slow cooker.
cover and cook on low for one hour or until cheese is melted. Thin with milk if it is to think.
Add more cheese if to thin.
Serve with chips.
