Shrimp Wrapped ShrimpShrimp Paste Directions 2 lbs. shrimp 1 tbs. corn Starch 1 tbs. white pepper 1 tbs. season all seasoning handful of cilantro ¼ cup green onions chopped puree in food processor
Then take:
1 lb. Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined season with white ground pepper and season all
wrap jumbo shrimp with paste
this little tip will help you. Take some shrimp paste in each hand and then place the shrimp in the middle of your two hands and wrap the paste around the shrimp. The paste sticks together then roll the whole thing in bread crumbs. I like the italian bread crumbs and you can add a little shreaded cheese the the bread crumbs for a little different taste. After you roll the shrimp in the crumbs roll it up in plastic wrap until you are ready to fry it. This also helps the rolls look more even. I roll the shrimp in the crumbs a second time right before i fry them. You can slice them and they look like sushi or you can serve them whole. They are great for parties. You can make them a day a head of time if you want.
