1 pound Vermicelli pasta
1 pound cook shrimp
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup maonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
for an extra kick you can add some red pepper
Directions for cooking shrimp. Place shrimp in cold water bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil remove from heat and drain. Peel and cool.
Directions for salad
Bring a large pot of lighty salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to direction on the package and drain.
Toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayo, and parmesan. Add salt and pepper chill before serving.
