1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 tbs unflavored gelatin
1 can tomato soup
3 small pkgs cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 pound of fresh gulf shrimp cooked and peeled 31-35 size or 26-30 fresh jumbo gulf shrimp
soak gelatin in water. Heat soup to boiling. Add cream cheese, gelatin. Cool. Add mayonnaise, celery and onions mixture into mold. Scatter shrimp over gelatin. Repeat. Chill until firm. Unmold onto lettuce leaves. Serve with assorted crackers.
