Caribbean Party shrimpThis is a easy great recipe for party appetizer.
Ingredients:
2 limes, juiced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon or more according to taste of Red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 pounds of Jumbo 26-30 count cooked shrimp.
Directions for cooking shrimp. Place shrimp in cold water bring to a boil remove from heat. Cool and peel. You can leave the tail on for a fancier look or take the tail off for easier eatting.

In a large bowl combine oil, ginger, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper mix wll. Stir in shrimp and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours the longer the better. Stir occasionally while chilling. Serve on skewers or on toothpicks.
